Sticky baked salmon


Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

¼ cup of soy sauce or coconut amino’s

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons of coconut sugar

Serve with mash sweet potato and broccolini


Method:

Mix soy sauce, sesame oil and coconut sugar together and whisk until sugar is dissolved.

Add the salmon and keep in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour.

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees and line your baking try with baking paper


Place salmon on the baking tray and tip any extra sauce over the salmon and bake for 12 minutes or until cooked


Serve with mash sweet potato and broccolini
