Nourishing Christmas Morning Smoothie

As we all know, Christmas can be indulgent, and a little over the top but I’m a big believer in starting your day on a healthy note. So why not try this smoothie, it's healthy, nutritious, and jam-packed full of 2 serves of veg, which you wouldn’t even know is in there.

½ frozen zucchini

1 handful spinach

½ frozen banana

½ cup frozen pineapple

250mls coconut water (more if you want it thinner, less if you want it thick like a smoothie bowl)

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon collagen

Blend all ingredients until smooth, and enjoy!
